My experience was terrible! I asked for a curtain quiff, also showing some photos, and the girl who followed me was hasty and hasty in the cut!! (Even though I had shown her the photo, and even though I had asked her to cut even less than in the photo to be on the safe side, and if necessary cut a little more afterwards) I asked for a curtain quiff and I ended up with a hideous fringe! (He had at least cut it well for me....) I explicitly expressed that what I had asked for had not been done to me. I paid and thanked you! I came home very saddened! I went to the shop again after a week and the girl didn't even bother to say hello or even look at me or even apologize! He just pretended I wasn't even in the shop! Roberto, the owner, was very kind and helpful in trying to somehow ''fix'' this damage! Although obviously very little could be done. I don't think I'll set foot there again! Also because when I went there afterwards I found no availability or courtesy from any of the collaborators! I only feel sorry for Roberto because he is a very competent, nice and professional person! (At least him!)

Hello world, this morning for the first time after years of changing hairdressers I arrived in Treviglio in the "MASTRI PARRUCCHIERI" salon, well I didn't want to say I no longer wanted to leave, professionalism, kindness, indescribable friendliness..... Roberta has a stratospheric skill in explaining, giving advice on colours, cuts or folds that you would like to do, you show her the photo and she looks exactly the same as she does, she does the job for you, she has a super clinical but super professional eye that cannot be described in words you just have to to try it.... I'm someone who notices a spot out of place in my hair immediately and I have to tidy it up. There isn't a spot out of place here because they're super professional.. believe me, go there because it's really worth trying them, they're super nice, they make you feel at ease even if you are super aware of what your color or haircut will or will not be, they will follow you and advise you (always with great care and great cheerfulness) but most importantly with a lot of professionalism. Roberta is something unique and exceptional, so much so that in the washing phase, i.e. head wash, she gave me a massage and I was falling asleep from the gentleness she used when touching my head then nothing when washing them she raised my legs making me sit in a relaxing armchair well times better here than in milan by federico fashion style. very clean lively cheerful shop.... i will definitely go back, i fell in love at first sight, very compliments, i really recommend it, it's also worth the super reconstruction that he used in the deco on purpose so you don't they ruin my hair...
